Brunch is a term that many of us are familiar with. So what’s so special about this brunch deal? Well it’s valid on weekends and the best part of it all, it’s an eat-all-you-can buffet! So which restaurant offers this at what price?

>>> JuzToday$14 for Asian International Buffet Brunch at Wavve Grill & Chill Restaurant <<<

TERMS & CONDITIONS:

  • Valid till 29 Apr 2012.
  • For Brunch Buffet dine-in on Sats & Suns, 11am to 3pm only.
  • Minimum 2 purchases.
  • No purchase limit.
  • Reservation required.
  • Coupon exclusive of GST and service charge.

622 people have already bought this deal. Previously, it was sold out during the Valentines offer. Now it’s back by popular demand! So how good is this deal actually? It’s time for us to figure that out!

Here are the main pointers for the terms and conditions. Firstly, the coupon is valid till 29th April 2012. This gives you slightly less than 2 months to pay a visit to the restaurant. Secondly, do take note that the coupon is only valid for brunch buffet dine-in on weekends from 11am to 3pm. In other words, you only have 16 days to choose from to use this coupon. Hence, if your weekends for March and April are already packed, then we will advise you to give this a miss. Thirdly, a minimum purchase of 2 coupons is required. This means that you’ll have to spend at least $14 * 2 = $28. However, should you wish to purchase more than 2 coupons, you are gladly welcome as there is no purchase limit. Fourthly, remember to make reservations as it is required. To ensure that you get your preferred date and time, it is recommended that you make reservations early. Finally, do take note that the coupon excludes GST and service charge. Therefore, if we were to calculate the approximate cost per person, it would be: $14 * 1.1% = $15.4 * 1.07% = ~$16.50.

This is only the beginning!

WHAT ADL SAYS:

~$16.50 per pax for a buffet brunch on the weekends? Now, that’s pretty enticing won’t you agree? However, before we jump straight to any conclusion, let’s check out the normal price for the buffet.

Minimum 2 purchases = $28

After calling up the restaurant to check the usual price of the buffet, we can conclude that the stated price of $28 per pax is accurate. However, once again, that price excludes GST and service charge. Therefore, in all, it will cost approximately $28 * 1.1% = $30.8 * 1.07% = ~$33 per pax. In other words, by purchasing this deal, you are actually getting a 50% discount off the original price and saving $33 – $16.50 = ~$16.50 per pax!

More than a simple brunch!

So what are the downfalls of this deal then? Firstly, this brunch buffet is only valid on the weekends. Secondly, you only have 16 days to choose from to use the coupon. Thirdly, their only outlet is situated in Toa Payoh, so it might not be all that convenient for people who live in the West or the East side of Singapore.

Various Sushi

Tiramisu and BuBur Cha Cha

Desserts are included too!

Unfortunately, we can’t comment on the quality of the dishes as we have not been there before. However, do check out HungryGoWhere’s Review, OpenRice’s Review and another review by a blogger. All of the reviews seem to be relatively positive.

Have you yourself tried out the buffet before? Or perhaps you purchased their Valentines offer? What’s your opinion of the price for this sort of buffet? Please let us know your thoughts and suggestions in the comment box below!

I was there this noon with my family with 28for2 coupon purchased from
    http://www.juztoday.com/deal.php?id=284

We all come for tiramisu but no such dessert,
Fine, we proceed with no choice, then we have attitude waitress that seem only cola should serve as soft drink and told us to start the buffet.

Comparing my comment as annoy-mus at

The food quality should be ok but all food never replenished and worst all utensil and serviette need to be self service.

The Only great graded food is the Thai salad, the grill chicken, roasted pork and the pasta cooked/prepared by Pasta chef (Creamy spaghetti)

Disappointed completed. I would rather hunger till dead and never visit this poor service and average food restaurant esp paying for anger.

    Hi Spencer,

It is awful to hear of such disappointing results yet again, we have forwarded this to the restaurant management and hopefully they can improve on their future services!

    Regards
